had to download something completely different to fix my game.
for anyone who is hoping to use this mod to play an older version of GTA 5, from early 2023 or older, do not be shocked if it does not work. players on v1.0.3 and newer might be fine.
i use v1.0.2845.0. it worked before the December update. now not anymore.

the Issuer Check Bypass tool shouldn't require -scOfflineOnly to work. it never did before. this tool still needs to be reexamined and possibly updated.
-scOfflineOnly does not work it only gives the Activation Required error when ingame. "Activation requires internet connection, your offline activation data could not be loaded, verify your connection and restart." Restarting does nothing.
Version 1.0 of this mod no longer works after the recent update, even with BattleEye disabled and removed.
