Which weapons.meta should I use?

Is there any way to make it just a bit brighter at night? It's impossible to play if you're actually playing through the story and not just driving around taking screenshots.

Where do I install weapon mods dude? There are like 10 different patch folders with the same files in them...

Nevermind, as others are saying this doesn't even work anymore. And yes I do know how to install it, it worked yesterday and I haven't touched anything since then. Was there a GTA 5 update?

How do I rebind the toggle dof key? I have no numpad on my keyboard :/

Does anyone have a save just after the first strangers and freaks mission with tonya? I have tried every "fix" out there but she doesn't appear.

@Suspect I'm new to modding. Can I use this without the weapons.meta? I already have a mod that replaced that file.
