    you also need enablempcars and the dinput8.dll from the scripthook files to kee the cars from despawning

    here is another way to test them: 1. install x3t gta 5 save editor 2. put enablempcars + dinput8 in gta 5 directory 3. add the unreleased cars to your garage with x3t 4. load the save and get the cars from your garage
