The textures on some of the boats are really very shiny for me, is there a way to fix that?

@PrinsHD Thank you for commenting! I have seen both yellow and black vests in the thames valley area, however it could be certain divisions that wear the yellow vests

@patvmru To add the traffic cap you just need to add the ped props file from another mod such as:

Looks great, i cant find the custom_maps bit though... Do you know why or how to fix it?
