I also had issues with spawning, theres a slight error in the readme file "<Item>dlcpacks:/mt03</Item>", try replacing it with this " <Item>dlcpacks:\mt03\</Item> ".
@kyleherrera46 he literally just mentioned above your comment how he'd love to convert a MT07 but is waiting for answers.
