@GeggletonHigglesnut Your previous comment to the bot made me laugh, your creation made me say DAAANGGGG.. I have always looked around for downtown building mods to actually make it more like a big city. This one is Amazing. Hands down. Everything looks so good and natural like it is supposed to be there. No noticeable fps drop either.

It would be cool if you knew how to light up the building in a way that it doesn't look so dark at night. Kinda looks abandoned at night lol. I do understand there are limitations with lighting so I was thinking lighting up the building from multiple places (10 - 20+) outside with colored lights (stage light prop dlc, etc) and the like. Maybe align the top of the building with neon light props or emissive things. idk how that works but what I DO know is this has a permanent home in my game. Thanks for all the actual time and hard work you put into this!

I love this mod. Even made a custom wrap for it but the fps loss is brutal. I have a pretty decent system and no matter where I was in the city, if I looked in the direction of downtown my FPS would drop a lot. I eventually had to remove it.

Looks great and still works today.

@Tristoncole Since the author does not answer any questions like he's talking to the police, I looked all over for that and I can not find it at all. My guess is it may have been a 5m paid resource.

Works great for me. Looks good and more realistic for the mall. No FPS loss that was noticeable for me.

@thalilmythos I love this and ya I'm on the search for a pimp ped with a legit pimp hat. I know I can make one in 5M but idk about sp so this will be a fun side job for the side job lol

Looks and works great in sp! Actually a really good spot for it.
