In the INI file, if I wanted to enable the jets with DPAD DOWN instead of DPAD RIGHT what would I change this setting to?

I followed your installation video exactly and I'm still only getting 12 fps on intel hd 4400 on lowest settings. I can't figure out why it isn't working! someone please help.
