@sexxy remove your mods folder and try again
@sexxy then your missing game assets
@magiusek @sexxy did u check first in EAI if the mansion loads, if it doesnt you likely have a incompatible mod, corrupted mods folder or are missing game assets from the latest game patch
@DONTCHECKIT read the install instructions: 6. using openIV drag and drop GTAOMansionsInSP.ytd into mods\update\update.rpf\x64\textures\script_txds.rpf\
