For anyone who’s still experiencing the infinite loading problem please read this
All credits go to Pslytely Psycho (https://www.gta5-mods.com/users/Pslytely%20Psycho)
1. Remove the CScenarioPoint mod from the GTA5 directory
2. Replace your current gameconfig with this one (https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars)
3. Launch the game
Make sure you do this last after installing the mods you want
