i had the same issue but when i started a new game it just started working. J near a female and E to finish :P
i got it working guys - nativeUI goes in your scripts folder with the two coffe files
scripthookV and scripthookV.net goes into your main folder where gta5.exe is
TO GET IT WORKING YOU HAVE TO START A NEW GAME - SAVE IT WHEN YOUR FRANKLIN AND TRY IT OUT
wow what an impressive list of cars and so detailed! thank you so much for this! every car works perfectly and they look just amazing! i installed this directly into the game without using the mods folder and it works great without one single problem! Legend!!!

what do you press to fly? i have the file in the script but how do i use his powers?
