Buggy as hell. No rappeling every time. Not shooting. Only helicopters with missiles shot. Often pilot doesnt move over and must be dragged out. Please fix.
It work, but the only useful is the fighting people. The hitchikers are just annoying and so is the hobo playing for cash. Can someone edit this so we can choose what random events to use or even better make a version with cops spawning, random gun battles (not just fistfights. More fun this way.
@TheSomeone Then you fucked up. You should READ before install. If you didn't install to mods folder you must reinstall the game. ALWAYS backup mods folder when changing things and always install mods to ONLY mods folder in OPENIV.

You shouldn't use real gang names in mods. Careful...Gangs doesn't tolerate wannabe's using their name.
I also wonder location for correct file. I have this file in FOUR locations just under mods. So wich one is it?
@Fitzy222 Nope. Police will actulaly interfere in vanilla if peds attack you int heir sight. They will be shot as well.
