how to make the noose spawn in the back of the riot what flag is it?
Hey I know to make the noose use the riot go to the vehicles.meta and go to line 18950 Add FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT on the riots flag it should be like this <flags>FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT FLAG_BIG FLAG_NO_BOOT FLAG_AVOID_TURNS FLAG_EXTRAS_STRONG FLAG_EXTRAS_ALL FLAG_PEDS_CAN_STAND_ON_TOP FLAG_DAMPEN_STICKBOMB_DAMAGE FLAG_DONT_SPAWN_IN_CARGEN FLAG_BLOCK_FROM_ATTRACTOR_SCENARIO FLAG_HAS_BULLETPROOF_GLASS</flags> and after that go the the dispatch.meta and put this <Name>SWAT_RIOT</Name>
