Everything works fine and i installed like you said but two things. Cop outfit doesn't show up and all of them have some green "?" mark on it. (easy to remove just wondering what decal its supposed to be. also for any NVE users the wind fix spawns sand waves in the city. Though other then that mod works well ill try and reinstall it again for third time hopefully it works.

@Elwero i think you can change their ped meta file so they use cartel voice lines but I'm not fully sure?
