Yo, have been waiting for this for years. Started talking with viewers about this and said it exists so here i am and looks it just launched which is sweet.
Not sure if i mentioned but option to turn on dialogue randomizer would be funny. I loved in SA version. Any time character says smth it can any line from the game but thats like extra for future i guess.

This one the best modes and one guy made such one months ago for Sanandreas - lordmau5 (on twitch), you could try to reach out to him and get some ideas for effects) I would like to see better UI (like in SA one) in the future but this is good start and i wish you the best :)
I watched SA mod from fellow speedrunners and it was huge success and lot of fun. I will try this really soon so i can give some feedback.
Some of my ideas for the mod:
1) Locked in special ability effect
2) Autosave done by mod after mission passed (feature)
3) UI needs to be improved to more appealing, i liked SA one just green for V
4) Suspension dampening or smth similar
Will post later some more, just couldnt think anything haha
@Jitnaught i requested him to make this mod. Thers such thing for other gta games to increase difficulty and they used OHKO so we use same for this mod. Knock out = dead, atleast thats the idea :)
