@KeyC0de Bombs can be heard from very far away and will most likely be heard by a witness you couldn't have seen, therefor the crime will be reported. Reporting your exact position is just how GTA V works, that's why I come in and make sure the known position timer is short so you're instantly able to hop in a vehicle and disappear.
You'll have to wait for GTA 6 for better stealth, there's only so much we can mod, RDR 2 showed promising things.
@noplaymaker I will ask you to remove your rating until we troubleshoot and solve your problem.
"Hi, fuck you I have a problem" oh man I'm sure gonna help you now.
@Frostelis BTW I'm not totally sure the original marked in green are truly original or previously modded values, anyway if it works great. Know though that those modded values kinda works in conjunction to some damages values.
...For peds.ymt we have already talked about that, I'm using a modified WOV 6.2.1 ped.ymt. It brings a bug in one side mission, I wasn't aware of that bug before another user reported it. If you want a bug free experience on that file you need to use a vanilla ped.ymt and changes the personality and combatinfo values of ciasec and fibsec to SWAT. Not changing fibsec and ciasec to swat creates spawning issues and cops starts shooting the FBI and unmarked detective when they spawn during wanted levels (since it's custom).
I need to update my mod and get rid of what WOV has done, I've never had so many bugs because of a mod, half of what I solved in the previous update was related to WOV, tired of cleaning after others tbh. Thank you for the report.
@Frostelis So, I cannot currently verify a few things to be accurate but...
Basically this should be affected by data/pedhealth.meta, so granted it isn't in vanilla update.rpf you can safely remove it from your modded update.rpf. I have a link to vanilla update.rpf in my description if you need it.
Also, in my Tests History folder you will find a Health Complete Revamp, and apparently inside you will find the original vanilla health values. So you can also go ahead and try to replace the modded values with that and see if it restores the 50% health regen.
Tell me how it goes.
@KeyC0de Yes. You will not have a wanted level unless your crime has been witnessed and reported. If you kill all witnesses of a crime, you won't be reported. Killing a cop grant an instant wanted level (I think melee stealth killing a lone cop from behind can be done without receiving a wanted level)
/!\ Restore vanilla update.rpf to remove any previous FTFR version before installing FTFR 3.0.
/!\ DO NOT USE THE OPENIV SEPARATE MODS FOLDER
It is the culprit to many of the bugs you guys have recently reported (since 3.0). Again see description.
FTFR v3.0 available. It is fully updated, fully fixed, and supposedly fully compatible with GTA V 1604.1 & World Of Variety 6.2.1. I haven't found a single problem in all the tests I've done. I consider v3.0 to be the stablest release of FTFR, I've gotten rid of any past bugs.
IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEM AT ALL, GO TO SECTION 2 OF FTFR'S DESCRIPTION.
ADDITIONALLY CHECK THE INCOMPATIBILITIES IN SECTION 3.
When you have read and done what I asked you to do to quickly troubleshoot your game in section 2, only then can you ask for my help. If you comment without reading section 2 or the description in general, I will either ask you to read it, or ask you to restore GTA V to a vanilla state and solely install FTFR to see if it's an FTFR problem or not.
Let's both save us time. Okay?
Listen. Come close. Listen... Back your fucking files. Come closer... Come here. Don't be shy. Read the god damn fucking description I spent time writing just for you. Hey... Listen... You know, I'm on your side, I'm here for you, you know that? Replying within 24 hours, always trying to stay calm, and understanding. You know I love you. Read the fucking description. Ok? At least section 2 and 3, it's all organized, you see I think about you, I put care into this. Please help me help you. Ok? And why aren't you commenting back when I ask for informations? Why are you dumb like that, why do you act like that? Why asking for help, if you don't reply? I still love you, but it's tough. Come here, let me give you a hug now and tell you a story.
- Hello Dr.
- Hello sir. How are you?

- Sir you need to follow me.
- No thank you, see you later Doc.
- Sir !
Do you see the parallel here? Can you see it?

The Stealth is a stripped down version of FTFR for people who only want a mod solely focused on core stealth features. If you're looking for a better, more complete experience, I recommend you to go with WOV + FTFR. Do not come here and judge The Stealth for what it isn't. It's specifically isn't FTFR, don't come complain or cry for something you can find a literal click away.
And be fucking mature, like, good fucking lord please be mature.
@Marcin89 Try installing mods in the original GTA V install, not the OpenIV Mods folder. With another user we figured out that it was the culprit of many problems. The mod works fine and normal through either a manual install in the GTA V install, or OIV without using the Mods folder.
I never used the Mods folder for many reasons, I invite everyone to stop using it.
@nobale12 Will note, thanks a lot for the feedback, glad it's working!
@nobale12 Have you tried using the main folder? And I did want to use Discord in order to see your screen and folders, so it would be complicated on the phone. Can use Skype on the phone and Discord on the PC. Regardless, try manual install straight to the original folder.
