Rating isn't meant for "LOL I don't like it", it's for how poorly made/greatly made the mod is.

I love it when people say "British mods don't fit GTA's vibe!!!"

Neither do mods that add Super Mario, the ability to fly, race tracks in the sky or zombies.
Yet no one ever complains about them.

The mod every PC gamer deserves.
