Yes windows defender flags it as Wacatac. It's clean on virus total though. It's probably an error on Microsoft's end, I don't know how to fix it.

Try running the mod alone, and disable temporarily all the other script mods. If it doesn't work report back, thanks.

If crashes appen when it's raining, disable the umbrella option.

An hotfix will be coming soon, sorry for the bugs in the new release, there was already a lot to test. I also need to fix some issues with the umbrella options for peds.

Look at DisableDeadPedsJumpOutOfVehicle, DeadlyNPCsHeadshots in the INI. This mod does not cause the peds to always ragdoll though.
