  • @dedogmodz You cannot drive "bus, airbus, bus2, airbus2, coach" with LSBS or LTBS installed

  • Is your game the latest version? It needs to be, and it will need a gameconfig installed.

  • You could just not blame others then, besides the fact I could just test and feedback.

  • @dr Chester Jackson I understand we have different approaches, that said I feel like one approach is more forgivable than the other if that makes sense; however I am not going to force you to change, I understand your release first fix later mentality, as long as you actually do so I have no complaints, this mod in question is over the line, the others however are at least acceptable quality. Keep consistent to your prior works at the very least and you know what, fair enough man. I don't think you can change the rating after the fact and btw I did mean that globally, not just on your own mods. In terms of testing and community feedback, I don't criticise for nothing, I would be happy to help you during development so that your upload is the best it can be while still fitting into your schedule and what not, I.e. testing, feedback and advice. Yes feel free to message me, I am in the 5Mods Discord server under the same name.

  • The thumbnail image being from Lost Judgment and not GTA is mildly misleading.

  • @dr Chester Jackson In terms of quality, the effort doesn't often match the reward, you'd be surprised so don't take ratings given before people even install the content at face value. I didn't mean to say you spam low quality mods but the overarching point is that you can just slow down and make one great mod a month. People do notice these small aesthetic things. And if you do fix these things in subsequent versions, would it not be easier to just get it right the first time around then move on? Don't base your work on what the average person may or may not think, try make it the best it can be (within reason of course). TLDR you can always improve.

  • @dr Chester Jackson These are easily noticeable bugs and very worth fixing, bugs I simply wouldn't allow in my work. Bugs that in the case of veshare texture repackaging cause compatibility issues. I look at the interior, anyone and everyone playing in first person looks at the interior, it's a bus. Saying it's free is a straw-man argument at best because that means nothing, it's great that your doing this for free, but then by that logic you have no reason to spam out releases at a lower quality, instead you can refine your work because you certainly have no quota to meet. In short being free doesn't excuse issues, especially if you're just going to keep releasing lower quality pieces.

  • I like the idea but it's rough currently, a few issues I noticed:

    - Vehshare textures are in the mods' ytd files when they should not be as it creates a conflict and can cause texture issues across other vehicles.
    - The normals are now messed up, weighted normals should have been applied.
    - The meshes have gaps, z-fighting and seams.
    - Meshes are stretched, notably seen on the ads inside.
    - The buses no longer have their original carvariation colours.
    - Towards the rear of the bus where the white part elevated upwards, the smooth line is now interrupted by three errors.

I kindly suggest you pause development of any new mods and refine what you have currently as it needs it. You have potential that's for sure but lessons need to be applied to past work and not just carried forward. I am happy to help in any way I can, genuinely not trying to shoot you down.

  • Yo been meaning to tell you, it looks like your buses lack mipmaps on the textures, you should export dds with mipmaps as they're used for distance sampling to create a smoother image. otherwise you're cooking
