Sry for the late answer. If you see the "animals removed" notice everything should be fine...
The meaning of the "0s" & "1s" in the INI (example):
Set A_C_DEER to 1 ("A_C_DEER=1") to REMOVE the deer otherwise set it to 0.
Make sure you have the mod installed once (game folder OR asi folder).
Better is:
C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\asi\Skorpro NoAnimals.asi
C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\asi\Skorpro NoAnimals.ini

Please create a ASI folder in main directory (Example: "...\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\asi") then move these 2 files (.asi & .ini) into it! It should work :)

Sry, I don't know, coz I never used FiveM. But if FiveM accept ASI mods based on Alexander Blade's ScriptHook, it should work. Just test it :)
