I downloaded this mod it is working but is is not actually i downloaded this and now whenever i play and press f10 nothing happens no gang blips but i found us army members few kilometres away from grovestreet but they did not harm me and then i went to davis and it said the area is davis and this not owned by any gang plz tell me how to fix these problems am i doing something wrong please elaborate the installation and yes it is heavily modded

This mod is causing my game to crash and i have proof i have many mods but after installing this mod it does not work help me to make this mod work reply quickly

i installed this mod i also had a an edited handling.meta with a damage but i did not worked so i installed the the similar version of this but i have to install it manually by trophihunter so i replacededited handling.meta with the original one i downloaded from gtainside and then i installed this mod then i went to opeiv opened it click package installer installed this mod to mods folder and after doping that my game always gives me error a problem caused the gta 5 to stop working please help i also replced handling.meta with the one i downloded from gtainside but still not working
