do I need a clean directory to install a new version of this mod to update it

how do I go about uninstalling this mod

Could you possibly remove trees that block signs for businesses and/or bill boards, since realistically they would've cut the tree down when the sign was built. Best example I can think of is the one blocking the ring of fire chili house.

The mod seems to cause problems with the area around Richards majestic, namely loading the LODs instead of the regular textures and models when you are in the area, I'm not sure what exactly in the mod causes this, but the issue is fixed upon removing this mod

This mod seems to break the speedo as now every regular speedo spawns with the kakagawa livery even after attempting to uninstall the mod, I deleted the speedo files and recovered them, I removed the dlcpack file, still, speedos will only spawn with the kakagawa livery and it cant be changed.

how did you raise the suspension for the rothmans rally one seen in the back
