@KasHavok Actually... It's a thing in prison. Guys wear their pants below their waste to let other prisoners know they're available. You keep wearing them, though.
It works fine. Just make sure that VoicePlayer.dll & the "Voice Player" folder are in your scripts folder. I only use use .mp3s and do NOT leave any ped folder empty. Remember, ped names are case sensitive.
