Theres two black dots on the right quarter panel that look like scratches. Anyway to fix that?

@Chillzo how many addons do you have? So far I switched back to one of the older gameconfigs and no random crashes yet. Right about now with pre-installed addons I'm at 81. I'm usually 300+.

Bruh I've tried numerous times with all said files, and the game crashes after 2-5 minutes of play time. No pop-ups, it just crashes. I used this exact files when I was using .877 and never had any issues. Can someone if anyone that has a stable GTA with Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster and or Packfile Limiter make tutorial on what EXACTLY to do for these exact issues please.

Can you save the game in the apartments? Anybody>
