@GeorgeZhang thank u very much for your great effort in order to help everyone individually! E button now appears when i approach the dealer,but this time i can't start gang war(it says you can't afford it whichever value i choose.

Unfortunately,it doesn't work for me =( I called the dealer and found him on the map,but when i approah him, it doesn't say to press E button. any ideas?
