@Abhi740 thx for your question. in-game internet was not worked. trouble was in parameter APP_INTERNET. i just set values from original gameconfig and it's helps

u must use this gta5-mods.com/tools/openiv
then if u will have crash while loading game, additionally must update gameconfig.xml in same location.
above you can find this link gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars
but this mod has many changes compared to the original gameconfig,about which I know nothing (compared on text-compare.com).
so i recommend gameconfig from gta5-mods.com/misc/gameconfig-for-patch-1-0-757-2-update-at-each-r-update
on my pc with v1.0.678.1 (sp) works fine.
