you create one on first time mod launch, after that you have to go to plastic surgeon, clothing shops ect

@Dothrecs Wait for scripthookv to be updated, its the same for all script mods until it is.

@Lane876 You can disable the cops pullover in the f11 menu, turn on the LSPDFR option inside there.
