Then drag the whole vincent2 folder here
Then for the handling line go to
Mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
<Item>dlcpacks:\vincent2\</Item>
In the future if you have any download with no handling line, just coppy the one above and then add the folder name where the previous one has the vehicle name for example <Item>dlcpacks:\vehicle name here\</Item> and keep in mind that you need to be in EDIT MODE to make any changes in any folder.
