@MisterHyper yes, it is about "out of memory", have you try that 2 ways in the Readme.txt?
I have got this problem when I tested it before, too. but the only way to avoid it, I think is to unlimited the 2GB RAM of a single application, this is because of Windows system, you can try that CMD, it is not same principle as the page file setting, and that this is reason of this mod can be have so many peds and traffic running with stable :)

@HardcoreLiberal haha, yes of course, I have tested it over 2 months, every high traffic area with the each time of Los Santos under the Extreme mode, now it's just still has a little problem when I playing it over 6 hours it may crashed by "out of memory", but another mode are stable very much, and I think fly in a high sky is more stable than just stay in a crossroads of Pershing Square XD

ok... did you tried to set your process limit of memory usage up to 8192 in the CMD running as Admin?
