so I can't remove or add any peds on addoeds.exe it won't save at all.

For some reason mine stopped working when trying to add new peds. It wont save any new peds I try to add in. for example I downloaded CJ and when I click on new peds and I put in his name CJ, select male, select true, add ped and then rebuild I don't get a error but when I close the exe and reopen CJ does not appear.

Breast Movement not working, is there a separate mod for that?
