Does this work with FiveM?

I've put this file into the FiveM slot and the GTA 5 main directory slot. I get into game and go to use it and it doesn't work. The server has Client Side scripts enabled and my Lambda menu works fine. I've used it on another server but it seems this one doesn't work with it? Any ideas?
