Yes tried re-downloading file and still the same issue
Only with this mod I get the error, everyone elses its fine :(

Stream Read Error when Trying to copy the folder ch2_lod3 into x64o/levels/gta5/_hills/cityhils_02/ch2_lod3

Replace file in componentpeds_s_m_m.rpf or componentpeds_s_m_y.rpf ?
