Sadly, it can't be reuploaded. I'm in process of re-writing whole switcher (will call it 2.0 thou) with new ideas to make more friendly UX and much easier setup that won't require so complex guide, while having something like "select where do you have a game installed, specify which edition is it, and click install for other editions to make launchers just verify installed game, and then switcher works as select-apply-play". Also plan to expand it to RDR2 if I could find proper info about how it works with its "RDR2" and "RDO" having separate pages on Steam and Epic.

@maurim3gtr as far as I know, there's no way to transfer anything besides story mode saves between different social club accounts

@MythicHyperion @DeXtRo13 @sami23 You have to use account on target launcher that already owns GTAV. Switcher is not license transfer tool.
@Lorence for installation internet connection is required, but I don't know how do different launchers behave without connection. The only I can say is that Switcher is definitely not for this purpose

@KeyVanessa to start with, uninstall any of them (steam or epic for your choice, but it's easier to uninstall epic games edition, and watch tutorial "Over Steam". Make sure you have >90 GB free on partition with steamapps containing GTAV or it will be some more difficult to handle with)
@MDextreme Does GOG Galaxy allow you to install all three editions to same folder? I don't think so
@_Grassy_ make sure your files (current platform) + account combinations are same
@Giratin after switching from Steam to Epic, launch game and log in to Rockstar account linked to Epic Games (already linked to Steam or with Social Club license won't work)

@nite129 Correct tutorial is "Over <platform you already have installed>" with skipping parts of edition you don't have.
@maurim3gtr This tool doesn't affect account anyhow and can't ban/unban. Rockstar has policy where Every Social Club account can have only one license (Rockstar/Steam/Epic). Switcher is for just for files, accounts management is on your side.

@POLO G it will be all 3 editions in same folder, so mods will apply to all platforms

@_Noam ah and it's the only needed to remove:
Switcher folder, .exe, .config, and verify files via launcher

@_Noam no game files modified so ban is impossible by this tool

@hassxn yes, this tool just changes platform for each launcher, without modifying any game data, so you can use any kind of PC accounts with game. It's literally one of purposes of this tool
