For the people having the "Q" issue: by using OpenIV just go to the "lotterymod" folder and replace the loose files with the "dlc.rpf" file that's inside the "Manual Install" folder. Delete the loose files and replace with the compacted file.
Amazing mod, but interfere with some other mods that depend on certain specific reactions from peds, like Gang and Turf (gang members becoming witnesses if you shoot them) and the Fleeca Bank Heist (cashier running to call the police instead of going to the vault room). And yes, the ini settings are not being applied at all.
I hope the author decide to update this mod, because it adds just too much to the game and it's a must have.
I'm also having the issue with weapons dropping without ammo. It's okay when it happens during free roaming, but it's a problem in some story missions, especially the green bike repo one.
Mod worked as expected, even with that other Transmission mod... but I have to reload scripts every time I load a save in order to make this mod operate correctly, otherwise there's no sounds or icons or messages or anything.
