i can't start the mod, it says "failed to instantiate script", I've tried updating script hook v, scripthookdotnet, visual redistributable thingy, net framework but still no luck

beach yacht and aircraft carrier didn't spawn but everything works fine, how do I fix this?

stuck at Mount Chilliad part, killed all the enemies but it didn't get me to the next section, I couldn't open the menu at that part either, pls help
