I noticed that the game crashes due to dlcpack mods. Specifically, I have because of the added cars. And also the advanced streetlights mod breaks lod,s in the game. So if the mod won't run you can try changing the mod pathnames in the dlclist to disable them.

I have license game and mod not working. All requirements installed. Maybe it because i have so much redacted game archives, and dll in script folder?
I think when original game script up wanted level from 1 to 2 your script dont understand this and (armed) and (speed limit) not working.
