Awesome! :)
@aljin Yes, it's intended to be used with LSPDFR. From the description: "This pack was made with LSPDFR usage in mind and has been tested extensively with it right from the beginning"
Put the `agency_lssd.xml` file in your `Grand Theft Auto V\lspdfr\data\custom` folder to get the vehicles to show up in the garage and spawn in the game world. Use the EUP version of the XML if you have it installed
@SdudeS You do not need ELS to use this mod pack
I'm using it without ELS and a simple brightness mod (visualsettings.dat overwrite): https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/datafile/37686-brighter-emergency-lights-by-mstb-developments
I use the lowest brightness option because the mid-level option is still too bright on my setup. You do not need any lighting mod for this pack
+ Quality models, lighting, and liveries
+ Easy to install
+ Consistent and lore-friendly
An essential mod pack for my LSPDFR adventures

EDIT/UPDATE: it looks like it IS compatible with the LSSD pack. The BCSD vehicles are all addons and don't conflict with the LSSD overwrites. Also, there aren't any ped or building edits in the LSSD pack
10/10 on both mods (as well as your LSPD pack!) I'm not a huge fan of the Arjent lightbar, in general, but it's perfect for that LAPD style. It's starting to grow on me, actually
You are, hands-down, my favorite mod author. It's great seeing vanilla-style vehicles getting the same love and attention as the super-poly Crown Vics and Chargers. I appreciate the quality of real vehicle mods but they're not my style. I like to keep the world consistent and lore-friendly to GTA
Is this compatible with your LSSD pack?

Sorry if this is a stupid question. I didn't see any reference to it on this or the LSSD page
