Requirements for v1.1:
Installation of v1.1
− 1. Place the VCompass.dll and VCompass.ini files provided in the download inside your scripts folder.
− 2. Start your game.
VCompass mod will add a compass and street name display to your HUD.
Descripotion
− VCompass displays the player’s current in-game location on the screen.
− Location includes street name.
− VCompass also displays compass direction.

Pretty cool, wanted something like this for ages! I would like to see a .ini file to; change size, location, color, and hide when not in vehicle. But for now, it's pretty good :)
no one yet notice how compass works ? and this mod shows opposite direction.. lets say you turning to north and look at compass feels like you have to chase compass it moves same direction you moves
Will it automatically switch different display names according to different game languages, such as reading the local gxt file name?
