Please be aware, these abilites were made for making cinematics, rather than for actual gameplay, as a result, some things may not look correct, for example using parachute while in first person view
This mod allows the player to uses abilities of other vehicles and custom abilities in any vehicle, all toggleable through a lemonUI menu.

Drive On Water
Scramjet like boost
Jump + Parachute (Ruiner2000)
install
1. download and Install scripthookv + Scripthookvdotnet
2. create a scripts folder (named scripts and not Scripts) if you havent got one already
3. drag SpecialVehicleAbilities.dll, SpecialVehicleAbilities.pdb into scripts
4. drag a Ifruitaddon2 folder and dll into scripts if you dont have it
5. Install LemonUI for SHVDN3
6. Launch game
7. call the contact in your phone contacts to activate and decactivate abilities from the mod
