The Property Manager Mod is a GTA 5 modification enhancing the property management experience. Features include:
Valet Service: A dedicated valet service for parking and cleaning vehicles.
Security Team: Security personnel saluting your character.
Functional Showers: Showers for cleansing characters and removing bloodstains.
Helipad Management: Manage helicopters on helipads for smooth operations.
Convenient Teleportation: Teleport between mansions based on transportation mode.
Elevator Functionality: Seamless travel between floors in equipped mansions.
Wardrobe Functionality: Change and save outfits within property wardrobes.

Hello, I installed your mod but when I open menu I see this two things:
extra mods - delete spawn vehicles
what can I do?

Can i create my mansions? Like, use one of the mansions that already has in the game, like the mansions in vinewood hills, i would like just to add the vallet and some security, i don't want interiors, closets, tv's or showers.

I finally created the option to buy or rent mansions, there is a presentation video here https://youtu.be/Uy4Nkot7AEc?feature=shared. For now, I have released version 0.9, which adds dock management, but I have put version 1 in early access on my Patreon... I will give it away for free later...
