This mod adds a more realistic crime scene aftermath system to GTA V
Whenever a pedestrian is killed and the body remains in the world, emergency services can later appear around the corpse and create a small crime scene. The idea is to make the world feel like it actually reacts after something happened, instead of dead NPCs just lying there with nothing going on.
After some time passes, if you leave the area and come back, the scene can appear with police, EMS, a cruiser, an ambulance, medics, and a “Do Not Cross” barrier near the body.
This is meant to work well together with PersistentCorpses, so bodies can stay in the world and the crime scene can happen around them.
The script includes compatibility handling so it tries not to interrupt jail/arrest logic and delays crime scene spawning after explosive activity.
Requirements
ScriptHookV
ScriptHookVDotNet
PersistentCorpses recommended
Installation
Place the files here:
Grand Theft Auto V\scripts
Make sure ScriptHookV and ScriptHookVDotNet are installed properly.
Notes
This mod is not meant to be some huge crazy police overhaul. It’s more like an ambient realism mod that makes dead bodies feel like they actually create a response in the world.
It is still best used with PersistentCorpses, because without persistent bodies the scene may disappear too quickly depending on how your game cleans up dead NPCs.
Known Stuff
Barrier model may depend on your game files/mod setup
Some areas with bad road nodes can place emergency vehicles a little weird
Very tight streets, sidewalks, hills, beaches, and modded maps may need testing
This is a single-player script, not FiveM
Recommended setup
for best results:
Keep scene amount limited
Don’t enable too many active crime scenes at once
Use this as an ambient realism addon, not as a full dispatch replacement
Enjoy.

Hello so i tested this mod for a while and it works but the thing is whenever i came back to crime scene both ambulance and cop cars are flipped over is there a way to fix that?
SAME OF ME TOO
@supe4dupe yeah it happens sometimes im working onthat
this shit ain't work good, it draw all my goddamn fps... but the propouse of yours was good but you need to resolve some problems, like for players who like gunfight, the mod spawns the cops and the paramedics in a few seconds specially if you had a wanted level
@Elwero Good to hear!
