@officialjdixon It's terrable that so awesome model haven't present por raytreced lights, i mean on the ray are gone on the model(at the sun sight) model itself shine too much, while in a shadows its look like model too bright.
You should change pre-set of materials for model as to default for ped_evr (environment or so)
And edit "Edit vertex colors" clock at the modified list in 3ds Max or other 3ds application what you are used for modding. Set up all polygons/vertecies/elements color at the model to color to 255(red)/120(green)/0(blue)/255(hue)/255(saturation)/255(value),while ullumination color should the same 0/0/0/0/0/0 and alpha chanel should be set up to zero, than sould dislplay normal at the game. Also it can be done in the editable mesh as well.
