For everyone who might have struggle with this mod:

1. Install https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/emfsp-easy-mod-folder-for-sp-player-mods
It just makes things easier, so you won't have to rename every file

2. All files from root mod folder (hair_008_u.ydd, hair_diff_008_a_uni.ytd, task_008_u.ydd, teef_001_u.ydd etc.) goes to
mods/update/x64/EMFsingleplayer/dlc/x64/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_two

3. All files from PROPS folder goes to
mods/update/x64/EMFsingleplayer/dlc/x64/streamedpedprops/player_two_p

4. If you want tattoos, you need to add more files and then replace textures in them.
For example, we have 4 face textures in TATTOO folder.
4.1 Go to original file at x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_two
4.2 Find head_diff_000_g_whi.ytd and drag&drop it somewhere.
4.3 Сopy-past this file 3 more times, since we have 4 tattoo textures.
4.4 Now rename it, so it won't replace the existing one. I choose these: head_diff_000_h_uni.ytd, head_diff_000_i_uni.ytd, head_diff_000_j_uni.ytd, head_diff_000_k_uni.ytd. Make sure you changed WHI.ytd to UNI.ytd at the end of each file. Otherwise, the game won't see it.
4.5 Select all those files and put them into mods/update/x64/EMFsingleplayer/dlc/x64/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_two
4.6 Open each one, click Replace and select desired tattoo texture from the mod folder, click Save.

You can follow paragraph 4 steps for body tattoos and shirt textures.
