Elsa ventures into the unknown, except the "unknown" actually refers to Los Santos.
I've actually made this for the "Lamar Roasts Franklin" meme as a quickie, though I do intend to port the higher-quality model I previously used in Sekiro and Watch Dogs. She is fully fingered, and comes as a streamed ped as opposed to a single mesh non-streamed model to make life easier for content creators.
Installation instructions:
Using OpenIV, copy the ig_elsa_f2 folder along with the ig_elsa_f2.yft and ymt files to peds.rpf in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\addonpeds\dlc.rpf\peds.rpf. This assumes that you already have AddonPeds as well as the required scripts set up.
Alternatively if you want to replace a cutscene ped, rename the ig_elsa_f2 folder as well as its respective yft and ymt files to let's say cs_lamardavis in case you want to have Elsa stand in for Lamar and roast the living daylights out of poor Franklin.

love it! I notice you mention cutscenes.... Do you happen to have any more info/someplace you can point me for how to do that? I attempted renaming the file and all that, but addonpeds just brings in the original lamar cutscene model.

@Huckleberrype i just installed your beautiful snowwhite and elsa mods and i can say they are the best AI/PED replacements ever will make youtube videos with them but i wil not be making them beat people up with a baseball bat no way they are too good for that
