Preparing to make the half of all the necessary tools for the uncoming mod. Liberty City.
I always wanted to play as the EFLC characters, but I hated to play with them without their voices, but an idea got into my mind: ''Why would I wait to that mod to release when I can made it myself?.'' So, I read a few tutorials and made this mod. Making this wasn't easy at all, but I got through with it.
Nearly all of runner_01 and musclbeac_02_latino were replaced by Johnny and Luis, and there's the most unnecessary ones, but those doesn't affect the voice of the characters, so I don't think there should be any problems.
Works perfectly if you are making a movie with these characters
Installation is in the readme.
Changelog:
1.1: Changed location file of Luis's Voice, so when the cops chase you or another ped, his voice wouldn't be heard in the backgrund.
Known Bugs:

Maybe... I have Vice City Rage so there I can make the voice, but i'll first improve Niko and rename this pack to GTA IV Characters Voice Pack. Tommy will be coming after that

I hope you improve Nikos voice! I think NGclan himself said that he was having trouble with the niko voice a while ago. I guess now it's possible! Thanks again

@HeySlickThatsMe I've been playing with GTA VCS PC Edition and it's all nice and good. Problem is that Vic have CJ's Voice, he only talks with his own voice in the cutscenes

@Liberty-gamer1247 Nope, just checked the audio archives, his pain sounds aren't recycled from CJ.

@Liberty-gamer1247 No, the CJ sounds weren't recycled. Although the out-of-breath sounds might be.
Greetings.I'm currently working on a similar mod,and I would like to ask you: Are you using the GTA4 sound files how they are or you did something to them?The voices I use sound a little bit low
@mixman Greetings and Salutations. Exactly, all sound files were used from GTA 4 how they are, I don't really know why the voices sounds a bit lower than the vanilla voices. Maybe because it's not compatible with GTA 5 or something like that. If someone could improve these voices by making sound higher than before, I could update this mod and credit the guy who made this files higher.
@Liberty-gamer1247 Currently I'm working on a Niko full voice pack.It takes a lot of time but that's not the main problem.Seems like every single file should have its volume adjusted or,maybe,there can be a script created to adjust the volume for a certain character.
I really wish someone uploaded all of Johnny and Luis's quotes ripped from the audio files from EFLC So I can hear them anytime I want or when I'm playing the game using the ped mods
