This, is JA8656 ”あかし". JA8656 is actually a YS11 but there isnt a YS11 for GTA so i chose the closest plane to it. I think the Hawker Siddeley HS748 and NAMC YS11 use the same engine and I think they also look a little similar.
you need to download this for this to work

it's really easy to install this:
in your openIV folder, go to
mods/update/x64/data/dlcpacks/hs748
then
dlc.rpf/common/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/eaglevehicles.rpf
and replace "hs7481.ytd" with the one you downloaded here

これは、JA8656「あかし」です。JA8656は本当はYS11なのですが、GTAにはYS11がないので、それに一番近い機体を選びました。ホーカー・シドレーのHS748とNAMCのYS11は同じエンジンを使っていると思いますし、見た目も少し似ていると思います。
