If there's one thing to be said about vans, it's that some people can never have enough of them. With the same principle applied to media such as radio and news, the collision is imminent. Those vans are the result of such collision - now in use by some of the players on the media arena. Spouting propaganda, blasting subpar and occasionally redeeming themselves with indecently dressed weather girls, they're better ignored and presumed nonexistent.
