NASCAR pace car indianapolis 500 (2015)
the original model is BizzleZX10R ,in cooperation with Rasputin (if you have to add as creators also do it, I have no problem)
you only have to replace the texture (.dds) or directly change the file (police.ytd)
this is the model on which I based my template to create.

the actual model does not have this body kit, so I have adapted a bit
add backup if you do not like
