This is my personal mod I created for myself and eventually decided to share with you. If you are tired of almost always extra sunny and ultra clear weather in Los Santos - you will like this mod.
Los Santos will be still pretty sunny but you can expect much more frequent weather diversity - cloudy, rainy, stormy, foggy and smoggy - with my own tweaks to make it feel realistic.
Installation: using the Open IV tool replace original weather.xml file with the one you downloaded and extracted. The correct path for the file should be: mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5
