does this mode work on lspdfr 0.4.8. because when I replace the file I lose the ped models on the beach instead of being topless as it was in earlier versions of lspdfr and it worked for me

I've tried to get this working so many times, I follow all the steps using Open IV but it still doesn't work, does this just not work anymore or do I need another software or something?

@i3zombie If you have the problem at this date, just delete the .rpf file on your mod folder. GTA V use the default .rpf file instead of the modded .rpf
