DESCRIPTION:
This is a simple .xml edit I did since I realized that It is possible to arrest people and get callouts in everywhere that has traffic paths.
With this you will be able to go On-Duty in one of the buildings in Akina and also be able to drop off suspects thanks to Arrest Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:

does this work with stop the ped, many of us have stopped using arrest manager bc the dev retired and everything in it is built in to stop the ped.
@Sereous Albo is no longer retired.he updated arrest manager to be compatible with 4.0 and 4.1
